Our Standard Quarter guarantees 100 pounds of premium beef at a fixed price plus.

Our Standard Quarter is cut from a half side of beef that’s first aged 14 days in our butcher’s cooler. Two Standard Quarters are cut from each half side. Each Standard Quarter buyer receives the same popular cuts of beef as listed below. Exception: The first buyer gets to choose either the brisket or the tri-tip plus short ribs.

  • Five 1” strip steaks
  • Four 8 oz filets
  • Three large 1” sirloins
  • Round steaks
  • Cubed steaks – tenderized
  • One flat iron steak
  • Skirt steak

  • Bottom round
• Back ribs
• Brisket or tri-tip plus short ribs.

Balance due on delivery or pickup. 5-6 cubic feet of freezer storage required. This is a small chest freezer or the typical freezer section of a refrigerator / freezer combo. An assortment of soup, dog bones, etc. are available upon request at no extra charge. Contact us to discuss processing dates and delivery dates.
